How to create an account?
We show you how to create an account in Checkbee! First go to sign in, then go to create account. If you already have an account, go to sign in with the OTP code.
How to sign in?
We show you how to sign in to Checkbee. You can sign in with your email and the OTP code you receive by email. If you do not have an account, go to create account at the bottom
How to add categories?
We show you how to create your categories in Checkbee! With these categories, you can add tasks and users who should be included in this particular category.
How to add users?
You can add users to checkbee by going to users in the menu and pressing the plus sign next to all your users. Once you have added your user, you can decide which roles the user should have (user or admin) and set the user as active or inactive

When you click on users in the menu bar, you can choose which categories the users should be included in
How to make a task?
When you press task in the menu bar, you can see all tasks that have been created. By pressing the plus sign you can create a new task. When you create a new task, you can choose which category the task belongs to and which users the task should be sent to
How to add repeated tasks?
In checkbee you can add repeated tasks. By going to Task Template in the menu bar, you can create tasks that should be repeated. You can then choose how often you want the task to repeat
How to make a checklist?
In checkbee you can create checklists by pressing checklist in the menu bar. In the checklist you can add different areas and checkpoints in those areas
How to send a task in Checkbee app on mobile?
In the Checkbee app on mobile, you can easily send tasks to users and yourself by pressing "new" at the bottom of the menu. If you send the assignment to someone other than yourself, they will receive a notification on their mobile about the assignment you have sent them.
How to check off the checklist in the checkbee app on mobil?
In the Checkbee app on mobil you can easily check off your checklist. The checklist will also be there so that you can use the checklist again and again.
